Account Deletion & Data Privacy

“Your privacy is important to us. If you choose to delete your account, please understand the following consequences:

Personal Data: Your profile, saved addresses, and contact details will be permanently removed from our database.

Order History: You will lose access to all your past orders, invoices, and purchase records.

Wallet Balance: Any remaining balance in your TeraWallet will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or recovered.

Permanent Action: This process is irreversible. Once deleted, you cannot reactivate this account.

Note for Vendors: Account deletion is currently only available for Customer accounts. For Vendor account inquiries, please contact support.”
