What is the minimum order requirement for Cashback?

To be eligible for cashback rewards, your order must have a minimum value of ₹199. Orders below this amount do not qualify for promotional rewards.

How do I receive and withdraw my money?

All refunds and cashback rewards are instantly credited to your Shop Wallet. You can request a withdrawal to your verified bank account, which is typically processed within 24 hours.

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

Yes, our platform mandates a minimum 1-day return policy for all physical products to ensure customer satisfaction. Some vendors may offer extended return periods of 7 to 10 days, as specified on the product page.

What exactly is the Livestock (Goat) Rearing Contract?

Service Nature: This is a 12-month care and maintenance contract where the vendor raises the livestock on your behalf.

Ownership: The customer pays for the rearing service and maintenance of the livestock.

Final Settlement: At the end of the 12-month term, the livestock is sold at its matured market value.

Profit Sharing: The sale proceeds, including the increased market value (Profit), are shared with the customer after deducting the vendor’s management fees.

Legal Note: This is a farming service contract based on livestock growth and is NOT a fixed-interest financial scheme.

When will my Digital Services (Visibility Boost) start?

Service Nature: We provide professional engagement and visibility support to help vendors and customers boost their product reach and digital presence.

Targeted Reach: This service is designed for those who may not know how to technically boost their product videos or Instagram profiles for real engagement.

Timeline: Most visibility campaigns and organic boost services commence within 24 hours of successful payment.

Refund Policy: Once the organic promotion or visibility boost has started, the service is non-refundable as the technical resources are already deployed
