Request permanent deletion of your Best Review 99 account and associated data under the DPDP Act 2023.

⚠️ Important Warning

Personal Data: Profile information, saved addresses, and contact details
Order History: All past orders, invoices, and purchase records (viewable history removed from your account)
Wallet Balance: Any remaining Shop Wallet balance will be forfeited — withdraw or use before deleting
Saved Items: Wishlist, cart items, and preferences
Reviews & Ratings: All product reviews and ratings submitted
Login Credentials: Email, password, and social login associations (Google Login)

By law, certain data must be retained even after account deletion:

Order & Transaction Records: Retained for 8 years as per GST Act, 2017 and Income Tax Act
Payment Records: Retained for 5 years as per RBI guidelines
Legal Dispute Records: Retained until resolution if any dispute is pending
Vendor Payout Records: Retained for 8 years for tax compliance

Note: Retained data is anonymized where possible and access-restricted. It is not used for marketing or profiling.

Phase 2 — Permanent Deletion (Day 8): Account and all personal data are permanently removed automatically.

Phase 3 — Backup Clearance (Within 14 days): All residual backups are purged from our servers.
