• ✓ One account per person. Duplicate or fake accounts will be terminated.

• ✓ You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.

• ● E-commerce: Physical products sold by vendors. Shipping via third-party logistics.
• ● Digital Consulting: Business visibility & digital presence. Non-refundable once commenced.
• ● Farm Management: Goat care service contract. No investment or guaranteed returns.
• ● Educational Content: Free English & Kokborok resources. Ad-supported.

Payment data is encrypted. We do NOT store card details, UPI PIN, or net banking passwords.

• ● Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, or force majeure are beyond our control.
• ● Incorrect address = re-shipping charges applicable.

• ✓ Physical Products: Standard 7-day return window for apparel and lifestyle products.
• ✕ Non-Returnable: Custom-made, innerwear, hygiene items, and live agricultural services.
• ⚠ Digital Services: Strictly non-refundable once execution has commenced.
• ✓ Cancellation: Allowed freely before dispatch. Post-dispatch follows return process.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion:

• ✕ Fraudulent transactions or suspicious payment activity
• ✕ Stock unavailability at the vendor’s end
• ✕ Pricing errors or technical glitches
• ✕ Policy violations by buyer or vendor
• ✕ Shipping restrictions to the address

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in:

• ✕ Fake reviews, paid reviews, or review manipulation
• ✕ Selling counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products
• ✕ Fraudulent transactions or payment disputes
• ✕ Hacking, scraping, bot use, or data theft
• ✕ Abuse, hate speech, harassment
• ✕ Multiple accounts for manipulation

• ● Immediate termination for fraud, illegal activity, or severe violation
• ● 7-day notice for minor violations before termination
• ● Right to appeal — within 14 days via email/WhatsApp
• ● Data retention — order records kept 8 years per GST Act

• ✓ Only verified purchasers can leave reviews
• ✓ Reviews must be based on genuine experience
• ✕ Abuse, hate speech, or personal attacks removed
• ✕ Paid or incentivized reviews prohibited
• ● We reserve the right to remove guideline violations

• ● Platform Disclaimer: We are an intermediary. We do not manufacture or guarantee product quality.
• ● Vendor Responsibility: Warranties provided directly by vendor or manufacturer.
• ● No Platform Warranty: Unless stated on product page, we provide none.
• ● Defective Products: 7-day return policy applies regardless of vendor terms.

• ● All content, logos, images, and designs are our exclusive property.
• ● User-generated content grants us a non-exclusive license to display and promote.
• ● Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

Best Review 99 acts as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• ● Product defects, quality issues, or wrong items
• ● Delivery delays by third-party logistics
• ● Natural risks in livestock/agricultural services
• ● Third-party platform algorithm changes
• ● Loss of data due to circumstances beyond control

Before legal action, parties must attempt resolution via our Grievance Officer within 30 days.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control:

• ● Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics
• ● War, terrorism, riots, government actions
• ● Internet failures, server downtime, cyber attacks
• ● Strikes, lockouts, labour disputes

Your interaction with third parties is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
