Changthak Debbarma (Born: December 8, 2000) is a visionary digital entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Best Review 99. Known for his incredible journey from working in a local restaurant to building a multi-vendor marketplace, he is also a dedicated advocate for the Kokborok language.
I manage this platform alone while working as a chef in Chennai. My family is building a new house with a budget of around ₹50 lakh, so I handle multiple responsibilities including plantation and fish farming.

🐕 My Street Dog Friend
In Chennai, there was a street dog on my route whom I loved dearly. I used to feed him every day, and he would run towards me with joy whenever he saw me. He wasn't just a stray — he was my friend. But one day, a speeding car took him away. I lost him. That pain still lives in my heart. This page is a tribute to him and the 20+ street dogs I've cared for in Chennai.
